It was a very quiet and uneventful New Years Eve for us. Just the way I like it! We spent the evening at a friends house drunk puzzling… except we never made it to the drunk part. lol! I don’t know what happened! I guess we were to intent on the puzzling part!
We didn’t even finish it that night. We were all exhausted and in bed by 1! Party poopers!
We ended up finishing it the next morning. Here in all it’s glory is our 3 foot wide puzzle!
Hubby and I chilled on New years day at home… playing with the new laptop and watching netflix on the tv now that we have that capability. It’s really cool!
I also did some more taking down Christmas. I always hate to see it go. :( The house looks so very bare now. So sad. I tried to pick through my decorations and leave things up that were just wintery, not Christmassy, but it just didn’t work out and I wasn’t happy with the few things I had.
I had to take all my fresh greens down too as they has all dried out and were browning. I only have one tree left to undecorate and that is the dining room tree. I will be so sad to see it go. I’ll probably do that sometime this week.
Other than that it’s been pretty uneventful around Primcats House. :)
I hope everyone is having a good start to 2011!
Until next time…

Congrats on undecorating! Wish I could get the motivation to do that!

So glad to hear you had a safe New Year's Eve. How about your kitties, did they celebrate? We were in bed by 9 pm... lol. I think it comes with age. Don't worry honey, you can always decorate with silk greens or maybe make your own:)
Hey Girl!
That's what we did... The Drunk Puzzling!
I thought we were the only weird folks around!
I barely made it till 12. It was fun. I still have trees up, I'll cover them and put them away sometime.. Right now I'm still likin' the glow!
Hope you have a fabulous new year!
Tisha
