Thrifty Thursday

Hi Friends…

FAQ time ~ I get asked a lot how I do so well at the goodwills. Well… it’s simple. I go every-single-day. I have an hour lunch and 2 Goodwills in my town so I just go all the time. That's my secret. Not much of a secret really but that’s it. GOing more gives you a better chance of nabbing the good stuff before someone else gets to it.

Lets have a look at this weeks treasures…

Great Finds!! Wow...you got a steal on that chair!! Love it!! Our GW and thrift stores are not too far away from where I live and I used to go just about everyday, but not so much anymore with getting ready for my shows. When they are over...I'm going on a thrifting shopping trip!

I like your idea! I have a Goodwill, Salvation Army Family Store, and Stuff, etc. within a block of each other! With cooler weather coming, I can get some exercise over my lunch hour and look for prims! Hopefully, I'll be as lucky as you!

awesome finds!
I especially love the little table square. That's the problem for me--they are all a day trip away for me but when we go we can hit 3 or 4 of them in that trip! And you're right. The more ofter you go, the better the odds.
just another example of
' you gotta kiss a lot of frogs to find a prince '

Love all the goodies you found. I too sometimes go on my lunch break to a local school thrift store here in town. Sometimes they have good things and sometimes nothing. But it don't hurt to stop in and see.
