As you know from yesterdays post about Primitive Blessings we took a shopping trip Last Saturday just South of Columbus!
Our point of that trip was to go to North Shore Primitives in Washington Court House, Ohio! I had been there once before last Christmas and it was just to die for so of course we had to go again! I am sure that this will be a 4 or more times a year trip for me and my shopping ladies. I just LOVE North Shore Primitives!
I’m sad to say that I have no pictures to share of the actual shop, there is a sign requesting no picture taking right as you come in the door… but please don’t think you aren’t going to get it see it. ;) I have a magic trick up my sleeve!
Even with the sign I would have asked if I could take pics, as I do on all my shopping trips, but I didn’t talk to Vicki, the wonderful owner, until a bit after we got there. I’m sure she wouldn’t have minded, she was really nice! So maybe next time I’ll ask her, because you know I’m going back!
If you want to find Vicki’s shop, and I know you do… here is the address.
North Shore Primitives
153 S. Hinde Street
Washington Court House, Ohio 43160
(740) 335-6799
Go ahead… punch that into your GPS! I know you want to! I don’t care where you live in the good old US of A! You MUST make a trip to Ohio if nothing more than to shop this store! You can spend hours in there! Hours!
So you want to see the inside of the shop?
Well all you have to do is go here for more eye candy than your pretty little eyes can handle!!!
North Shore Primitives Blog
Told ya I had some magic up my sleeve!!!
The magic of blogging! LOL!
When you are done drooling all over Vicki’s page come back here and see what I got!
Ready… here are my newest treasures from North Shore Primitives!
Look at that Primcat!!!! Oh My Goodness!
And the Bee Skeep!!!! YAYAYAYAYAY!!!!
And the carrot! And tarts that are to die for! and the hanging candle lamp and the book light lamp!
And you know I HAD to have this to go with my Pfaltzgraff Folk art!
And that bulb… do you remember what I needed that bulb for?
Yep… the Pewter look lamp I bought last week at the GW! It’s perfect!
Love love love!
Here is the sign… Front and center in the Dining room! Except now all my folk art is on the hutch because all
my pewter is on the buffet. I’m going to have to see if I can switch them.
Prim Cat landed in here too. Is he not the most adorable thing you have ever laid eyes on? Um… yes… he
is!
Look at that mouse!!!!!!
So very glad I found this bulb. Wish I would have gotten an extra! Oh well… now I just HAVE to go back.
As if I needed a reason! HA!
Primcat Me~ow!!!
I also go this cabinet lamp. Love it. I want another one!
Remember my bowl and bunny from Primitive Blessings Shop...
Well , I liked the North Shore carrot with this better than the other one, because the other one looked better with a different bunny I bought later that day! Like?
I’m super into beeskeeps for this summer and I am thrilled I found this handcrafted beauty there. I think I mighta squealed out loud for real when i saw this! LOL! HA! And look how well he goes with my bee! :)
Just look at these details!
And you know I just couldn’t wait til summer to display my new goods so I went ahead and put together a bee tablescape for the entryway!
I just ADORE my skeep!
My Olde Farmstead Bee!
A pic from my bestie Tammy! Traded her for the Pfaltzgraff tea canister piece I bought her.
Hubby got me this for Christmas, a Blossom Bucket piece. I love blossom bucket stuff!
A pillow tuck from bestie Tammy, another trade!
And of course my candle paddle from Misi.
The big beeskeep just pulled this all together! I love it so much! I’m sure it will get tweaked again and again… but for this moment I just love it!
So that is all my North Shore Primitives goodies!
I had so much fun shopping with my friend Jamie there! And getting to meet Vicki who was so nice and helpful!
I can not tell you enough that you just have to visit her shop! There are SOOOOO many treasures that you will never find anywhere else. It’s worth the trip from many many states away!
Vicki, I’m sure you are reading this and I want to say thank you for having us! It was a wonderful trip! Everything was so beautiful and it was such a pleasure to meet you! You know I will be back soon!
Everyone… make sure you stop on over to Vickie’s Blog http://northshoreprimitives.blogspot.com/ and say hello and make sure you tell her I sent you!

Wow Carmen it's like I can also hear your excitement!! You did it again! You always get the coolest stuff! I love the way you show us what you did with it! I checked out Vickies blog lot's of prim eye candy! On my birthday I went to a prim shop in Holly, MI where Sim and I were shopping for the day. I met my first blogger!! Dawn at "Holly Hills Primitive" shop is great too. I knew when I walked in she had a blog as I had been on it a few times! LOL She is so sweet! She took my picture and we both blogged about it! I think blogging women are the best! It's so great to find women with the same interests who are caring. Take care, XO Love, Fran.
