~ Fall in the Living Room ~

Hi my primmies. Hope you are all having a nice weekend. Its colder than I can take here! Brrrrrr!

Thanks for all the compliments on the entryway. I am unable to comment on most blogs right now. What is up??? I'm sorry. I'm visiting but I can't comment at all. I'm sorry. I'm loving everyone elses decor too.

I’d like to take a minute to tell you some fun news about my friend Pam at Primitive Blessings in Orient, Ohio. She asked me to help her step into the land of blogging and join us on the WWW.

So please take a moment to head over to Pams new blog and give her a big warm welcome to blogland!!!

Primitive Blessings New Blog

If you would also be so kind as to welcome her on your blog with a post that would be great too! We can never welcome new bloggers enough!

Also stop by Angie’s blog to see pics from our Crafty Friday night! We had a blast!

Today we are checking out fall in the living room. I hope you like it!

The fireplace and mantle.

Yep… I confess… there are no less than 12 big pumpkins in this display.
I do not deny it. I am a Pumpkin hoarder. ;o)

You can see my amazing cat pumpkin from Angie over there on the right!!!

My super cute bats and witches boots from Primitive Blessings!

My Halloween tree!

(Go ahead Angie… try and count those pumpkins!)

Black kitties with pumpkins and foliage.

My Primcat from North Shore Primitives!

Pumpkin from North Shore Primitives.

Spider with witchy finger for dinner.

Witch and Broom by Angie.

Widening out…

Pumpkins on Zoo shelf by Angie

My wonderful Goodwill curtains ($2.99) and cat tree and cat beds. The Primcats love to look out this window into their cat enclosure.

Nope… those chairs don’t match. But the one on the left we bought new in 2000 and the one on the right came from the goodwill last year. They are the same chair so someday I’m hoping to slipcover them so they match. Until then… it’s good enough. :)

Blossom bucket pumpkins.

My David Harden cats with pumpkins and fall foliage.

Our finished crow can from Pam’s tutorial.

Treasures from Eve at Lee Hill Primitives.

Primcats, pumpkins and my wonderful Pumpkin penny mat from Felicia at Raggedy Creations.

The hallway…

Phat Boy…helping hold down my $15.00 Goodwill redo coffee table.  :) I need Rachel to get her hands on this. She could make it look so much better!!!

Pin keep that sits on my end table. It makes me smile every time I look at it!

Ebby’s favorite new hidey spot. LOL!

“You can’t see me, Mom!”

Gizzy hoping the crow never comes back!!!!

I hope you enjoyed the living room! I’m enjoying it very much. I just love fall.

Have a wonderful day friends.

Until next time…

Carmen and the Primcats

Great displays! You've got everything arranged so beautifully. I'm not an official member of the pumpkin hoarders club, but it doesn't seem like too many pumpkins to me :-) ~Roberta

Hi, Carmen,
Primtastic job on the decorating! Was that
a little mouse I saw hiding behind the
pillow in front of The Spells & Potions book? Soo much to see, I had to go back
and look at the whole post again!
So pretty.
Warm Regards,
