So… last weeks Cinch detox went awesome! I lost 4 pounds and on Friday morning I weighed in at exactly what I was hoping I would!

Hello 120’s!
Then… if you read my Monday post, you know that I proceeded to BLOW IT over the next 3 days. UGH! What was I thinking! 5 days of detox just to screw it up that bad.
Let me tell you how bad. I went from 129.4 on Friday morning to 133.4 on Monday Morning. I’m so bloated.
Not my most bright and shining moment! LOL!
So now I’m back on a three day detox ~ Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
And here is where we are today:
Ideal Weight: 110-115
(I'm little built. Only 5' 2", small boned, and shrinking due to osteopenia, for those wondering.)
Starting Weight Jan 3, 2011:
145 Pounds
Last weeks weigh in:
130 pounds 3 ounces
Sundays Weigh in:
133 pounds 7 ounces
Current weight:
131 pounds 7 ounces
Total lost in 11 wks:
13 pounds 9 ounces
Gonna keep on track this time! Not going to blow it again! (Well at least not THAT bad!)
I’ll be back tomorrow with thrifty Thursday!

Nothing is perfect even losing weight... the key is knowing where it went wrong and working with it. Long as you don't allow self to give up then you have won the battle it just means it take a little longer to reach the ending results. when losing weight it isn't the losing it fast that works best it is staying steady and losing steady. then in the end you have lost the weight and learned the best way to keep it off..

You're doing such a great job with this Cinch program. I requested the book from my library so I can give it a try. I was wondering if you could share what a typical day is like food wise.
