No Change this week. but I'm not worried about it though. I've been working my butt off at the gym everyday so no doubt I'm gaining muscle mass and losing fat.
My pants are drooping!
And I'm in a notch on the belt!
Off to Zumba then rush home to take a ride on the Harley! It's beautiful here today!
