Carmen, now I know why you did a separate post on these finds. That is one nice prim candle holder and bowls. Great finds for sure. Looks good on your table.

Awesome finds! I can't wait to get my hands on a big wood bowl someday. I have a couple small ones, but am keeping an eye out for a big one to display things in. I have never seen a candle holder like that before, it is gorgeous!

I am amazed your Goodwill has those prices! I've been to several Goodwill stores out here and the prices are much higher. I rarely buy anything unless its tag color is half price. The Arc Thrift Stores have even higher prices, it's crazy. Then there's the DAV TS, but they mark on everything (except clothes, blankets, towels, etc) with permanent marker instead of price tags! So I don't go there anymore.

Hello?? Remember me??? Ok, if you remember me, will you FORGIVE me??? I've been horrible at blogging as of late....But today I finally went through all of your past posts that I missed. I am sorry I wasn't here to wish you well with your surgery. Yikes....that sounds like an ordeal in and of itself. I've often wondered about corrective surgery - was told once I probably wasn't a good candidate - but that was years and years ago, I don't recall exactly why. And I didn't realize there were different types of surgery options. Hmmmm....sure hate the glasses routine though. Guess first, tho, I'll have to take care of the cataract issue. (When did I get old enough to have a cataract for crying out loud???) You've continued to score some amazing GW finds. I finally gave up even checking in on ours. The last time I went, the only thing I found that even remotely caught my eye was a rolling pin...but when I picked it up, it was sticky and smelled horrid. All for a price of $25, no thank you. Hello. I LOVE your candle holder...GORGEOUS!! Hope your eyes continue to heal and quickly....I'll be saying a few extra prayers to make up for the ones I didn't do when you needed me to.....Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

What I would give for that bowl...it's awesome.
Now - maybe it's just me but I like the candle holder to be its own self....I don't think it needs something like it - could it just be me???

Lovely finds.

Cool finds Carmen... Makes me long for the flea markets and garage sales to start up! We don't have much for thrift stores around here. Thank the heavens that spring is right around the corner. Yipee! :)
