I have the same dehydrator, you'll be so happy with it. If you are looking for some ideas you can check out my blog, here's a pretty photo of my dehydrating. I also have a good recipe for dehydrated potato au gratin. http://movingontothepast.blogspot.com/2011/10/all-dried-up-and-ready-to-go.html

and something to do with your potato peels as you prep them for dehydration

We do oranges, apples, peppers, hot peppers (be careful), radishes, okra, potatoes, cucumbers and zucchinis. Have fun!

What awesome gifts! I want one of those slicers but wasn't sure if they really worked good or not. Glad to hear they do. Love Swan Creek candles. They are my favorite, especially gingerbread. Hope you are feeling good.

My hubby finally learned to get me things I will use too. I gets lots of patterns, needle, fabric, etc. (of course, he has to have hints) but WTH, it works. Glad you are feeling better.

Hubby did great! I'm so happy to see I'm not the only woman in the world that likes practical, get me something I can use gifts. And Gorilla Glue is the bomb! We used it to glue the footboard slot on our bed over 6 years ago and it's still holding. Dang movers broke it but gorilla glue saved it.

Thoughtful gifts. I have Nesco too and it does a really good job. I love the candles. And as for the super glue, it's my best friend. I use it on everything. -Steph-
