Thrifty Thursday

Hi Friends,

Lots of goodies this last week at the goodwill. Lets take  look...

Great fat ceramic Turkey!

So Prim!

Enamelware Strainer.

A Pfaltzgraff Folk Art goblet.

Adorable handcarved Sheep plaque.

Look at that face.

Rug beater.

Box full of terrible ornaments...

That had this wondeful little sheep in it! YAY! Score! It always pays to dig through the boxes!

And a prim little sconce.

These three hallmarks were all in the box too! I ♥ hallmarks!

This little German twig tree that some one killed with red bows.

Bye bye bows!

And this little bag of ornies...

For this cute little snow guy.

A giant styrofoam ball... for $.50.

These are 9.99 at walmart. Yikes. So I'm really happy with this find! I'm going to make a giant snowball.

And some cute pins.

That's all for this week!

Merry Christmas!

Until next time...

You had me at "fat ceramic turkey", but your other finds are equally amazing! Love the little sheep and would never have guessed it would have been in that box. Glad you rescued the little tree from the killer bows! A very productive shopping expedition! ~Roberta

Your Goodwill has reasonable prices. The styrofoam ball would have been like $5 here. That little lamb is a "Putz" I believe....BIG score. Merry Christmas to you and all the Prim cats.

Great finds Carmen! Boy, I have a goodwill here, but the prices are like going to an antique shop! I wanna come visit and shop your GW.
Have a very Merry Christmas Carmen.

Wonderful goodies, Carmen. I LOVE that Turkey! Too Cute!
Score on the styrofoam ball, Yay! I found 3 large ones like that at my goodwill, also, but I paid 99 cents each, still cheaper that Wal-mart.

Oh Carmen, what great finds!! Love the sheep...I collected them, so if your little sheep strays away from him...he can come to my house.
I actually found a couple of things at our Goodwill this past week. Got a wood masher for .69 cents and a wood cutting board for $1.99. Used to find lots of prim goodies there, but not so much any more.

The sheep plaque is awesome. And better still, that little sheep with the carved wooden legs looks like one I saw in Early American Life in a past issue. I think you got a REAL
treasure there!
