~ Christmas in the Dining room ~

Merry Christmas Eve Eve!!!

So much going on today for everyone I’m sure! I know I’ve been at it all day. And I’m not done yet…
But I did want to pop in and share the last room I have to share… The dining room.

First I want to show you this though! Carol from Firecracker Kid Primitives and and her son Brent from  Backyard Ninja Design made them for me!

PrimcatsChristmas5

All the babies are on there! I love it! So cute! They made me a few so you will be seeing a couple more!

Hi, Carmen,
Everything looks so prim and pretty... Most of my pewter is from goodwill, also. Your displays all look great! I think my favorite thing is that old dictionary that you have. I love old books. I was wondering if the dining room doors were to keep the kitties off the table, then I see raggedy angle's comment about why is Ebby in the dr! What a great idea!

Merry Christmas,
Melinda

I can't believe you got that crock stand at the thrift store! I looked forever for one and finally paid about $80 for it! Sheesh - lucky girl! Thanks for all the photos!

Dear Carmen,
Thank you for letting us look in
your dining room. You've done such
a great job decorating and I'm
gonna have to call you the
Goodwill Girl! Seriously, everything is beautiful.
What a terrific card Carol and
Brent made you, so thoughtful and
they must have spent a lot of time
making it.
I've enjoyed following along with
you and it's been a joy to talk to
you. I look forward to getting to
know you even better in 2012.
Merry Christmas,
Susan

I love all of your decor and still am in awe of your awesome Goodwill finds and the time you spend shopping for goodies for your home. It is so worth every moment you have spent in the that store! Your home is just amazing! I so think you should sent some pictures into Country Sampler for fall or Christmas!!!

Alright, it's set in stone! Next year there'll be thrifting, junkin', and GW's for the Andersons. Karen said it best... "Your home is a fairyland of fun". It's awesome and I can see you really enjoy it. I love the chicken wire doors... more room to decorate :o) Oh, and that old Webster's International dictionary... I gotta have one! Love it!
Aha! Your Christmas cards look sweet on your blog and Brent and I are so happy you're tickled with them.
So this I say, to you and yours, two legged and four, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Love ya!

Beautiful Carmen. I have never seen anyone else with a screened door inside the house. I have one between my kitchen and livingroom so my sweet Luca won't scratch my new furniture. Love the Kitty Card. Hope you all have a Meowy Christmas.
