Tuesday Display Chain ~ "Autumn at the Table"

Joining in on week 4, the final week,  of Misi’s month long continuous display chain.

This week is “Autumn at the table ~ One place setting with a yummy recipe prepared & shared”.

Sunday I whipped up this delish dinner. Pretty simple… but yummy and looks good on the table.

Baked Chicken Monterey, Baked Potato and Green Beans.

It tasted as good as it looked!

He’s how to make it.

Baked Chicken Monterey – Place chicken in casserole dish and cover with marinade of your choice. I like garlic and herb. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Remove from casserole and place on cookie sheet. Smother in Cheese, BBQ and tomatoes. Put back in oven uncovered until cheese melts. Remove, plate, add chives. Nom!

Baked Potato – Wash potato, cover in butter, wrap in wax paper, put in microwave on baked potato setting. Cook. Remove, plate, butter, sour cream, chives. Nom!

Green Beans – Open can. Microwave. Plate. Butter, salt and pepper. Nom!

Tada. That’s it! I hope you try it. I’m not much of a cook but even I can handle this dinner.

Have a great day!

Until next time…
