My Christmas Wish list…

I went “picture” Christmas shopping for myself at one of my favorite local prim stores! I bet I go here at least once a week just to browse and be lost in that prim store wonderfulness. :)

The Olde Farmstead

The Olde Farmtead at Polaris Mall in Columbus, Ohio

I’ll be sending all these pics to Shane, aka. Mr. Primcat, my dear hubby, near Christmas time when he’s ready to shop. ;)

Smell goods!!!!! And I think this is the corner cabinet I’m going to have Todd (the carpenter who built my pie safe)  build me next! Isn’t it Beautiful!

I NEED this treenware plate for my soon to be made over make-do shoofly cover!!! So pretty!!!

And I love this piece. It’s a for sure for Todd (the carpenter) to build me. I want it in the dining room for my pewter collection. Maybe two of them!

I also bought the twiggy garland below that matches my 3 twig trees at the Christmas open house last weekend for across my fireplace mantle. I can’t wait for Christmas!!!

Hi Carmen,
I've been perusing your blog...FUN stuff! So you went to Simple goods too? I almost wish everyone would wear name tags so we could identify our online pals. :) If you are anywhere near Granville, you MUST make a trip to visit! It's such a lovely little place. And if you ask around, people will guide you to the primitive hot spots too. Have you been to "Good Wives Company" in Marion, Ohio? BEST fabric & supply shop I've ever been to...and great primitive shopping too. Not to mention they are sweethearts. :) Thanks for stopping by my blog Carmen!

Rhonda

PS Now I want a tombstone cupboard too! LOL

OMG Carmen I do this with my husband and have done it for years. Long before computers and digital cameras I used to cut pictures out of sales flyers or catalogs and tape them on my wish list for him. He is a great gift giver and always gives awesome gifts, but if there is something specific that I am asking for I make sure he know exactly what it is. Like this year I am asking for a dough/noodle board for my stove top and I have been collecting photos for some time. I even gave him the links for some web sites that sell them. He has been on the look out now for something to make it with himself. I know no matter how it comes to me, he will have done a great job getting it, and I will LOVE it because he gave it with love and lots and lots of time and thought behind it. Thanks for your comment about my "new" old hutch.

What a beautiful store! I see a few things that I would like! Thanks for taking us along!

And I see you have some Christmas shopping and wrapping done! I picked up a few things here and there throughout the last few months. So I have a lot done as well. But nothing wrapped. Can you come over to do mine? :)
